Returns

We understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with your order. If this is the case, you are able to return your order at your own cost.

Upon receipt of your returned order, where applicable, we will issue a full refund for your items and shipping.

We cannot provide a refund or exchange for perishable goods, this includes helium balloons, confectionary and personalised items, unless they are faulty or damaged.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us directly with your order details and our we will look into this further.
